    Hi Carrie-Ann,

    Do you mean your neighbour mailed it rather than submitting using POPLA's on-line facility?

    If so you might want to suggest they also submit on-line - won't matter that they've also posted a copy.

    It's POPLA's preferred method and means they will be emailed POPLA's acknowledgement and decision.

    Also they will be sent the parking companies evidence pack which (if the PPC actually bother to submit one) usually only arrives (by email) about a week before the scheduled assessment date.

    If they've only provided a postal address - delays could mean they won't have time to submit any rebuttal of the PPC's evidence to POPLA before the case gets assessed.

    You can always create a throw away email for your neighbour to use just for this
