Enforcing rights if no refreshments etc provided

Going to claim for delayed flight with Germania for 4+ hour delay but I wondered what the position is if you don't get refreshments etc provided. Small regional Greek airport where no announcements were made, there was no airport staff to ask for advice re rights or complain to. Also couldnt get receipts

    the norm would be to send in receipts for reimbursement but this is more difficult as you do not have any. Airlines would often offer around £3 to £5 per person so, if your spend had been in that range, send them a letter telling them this is what you are claiming under duty of care explaining you were unable to get a receipt
