What are my rights when airlines change your flight details?
OUTBOUND
Original flight was LHR to MCT Departure 2105 22/11/2015 Landing 0820 23/11/2015
Connection MCT to GOI Departure 1020 23/11/2015 Landing 1445 23/11/2015
First Sector No Change
Second Sector MCT to GOI Departure 0145 23/11/2015 Landing 0620 23/11/2015
Second sector now takes off 6 hours and 45 minutes before I Land in Muscat.
INBOUND
Original GOI to MCT Departure 0810 13/12/2015 Landing 0935 13/12/2015
MCT to LHR Departure 1330 13/12/2015 Landing 1755 13/12/2015
NOW CHANGED to GOI to MCT Departure 0720 14/12/2015 Landing 0915 14/12/2015
MCT to LHR No change which is a day BEFORE leaving GOI
Am I entitled to a full refund including credit card charges? Does Section 75 cover me?
I'm still waiting for the agents Travel Trolley to call back, Flights are with Oman Air.

Travel Trolley have called & I've requested a full refund, 4 weeks to process! They will not pay the credit card charges £16.57.
Any advice on that aspect please?0 -

I assume they will have been passed on to your creditcard provider so unless the agent will reimburse them out of their own pocket they are most likely gone.0

Unusually far off the mark for you! If a company must provide a refund as they aren't providing the service any more then it must be a FULL refund including all card charges. No ifs, no buts!
If travel trolley decide to make a new transaction instead of reversing the original (which would give them the fees back) then that's purely on them and they'd have to cover it.0 -

Charges aren't levied by the provider so it doesn't really have anything to do with them. They can only come in if travel trolley refuse to refund and you have to make something like a section 75 claim.0 -
I think MCT to GOI is a brand new route. Probably change a few times as they tweek it.0

Did you ask your travel agent to investigate alternatives with the airline before seeking a refund? Assuming all the sectors were on a single booking, it's clearly an airline error when the schedule change came (they happen) and they didn't amend all the sectors. It's pretty unlikely they would refuse to amend the other sectors if contacted and flights were possible.
Oman Air's website is showing flights available more or less at the times you originally booked, but departing London a day later than you booked and returning from Goa a day later as well. Could you travel on those dates?0
