I dont want to put the full number .
The+ sign then 11 numbers no one spoke but someone was there is it a mobile or landline i dont want to call it back as i dont know where im calling

IMO if you don't know who is calling and you don't expect one, especially from a foreign country just don't answer it - if it's important they'll leave a voicemail.

Is the right answer. And this applies to landline phones as well (if you have an answering machine/service).

Correct - just got back last night ... yawn

357 is Cyprus (South)
22 is Nicosia then the rest count up from east to west
23 Famagusta through to 26 Paphos
All mobiles start with 9X (usually 96/7/8/9)
