Combining these two, and the descriptor, we get to:
(In order to get no points)

'Reasonable time period' is likely further amplified by the equalities act, so that '” means no more than twice as long as the maximum period that a person without a physical or mental condition which limits that person’s ability to carry out the activity in question would normally take to complete that activity' cannot be - if you're 30 - taken to be the maximum period that an unfit 80 year old might take. It has to be what a reasonably similar person without your disabilities might do.

Thank you, I appreciate the effort you have put into finding that out.

So it does seem that all is not as black and white as both the PIP application form implies or the assessment report that I received from the DWP following the F2F assessment I had.

There was no mention of anything that you quoted - it was simply you can and you can't!

Surely the assessor should be 'digging' for this information and not just accept what the claimant says. Most people, like myself, would always put a brave face on and give an overly underestimated assessment of themselves and their abilities, as I did.

The dirty tricks they pull should be put to the DWP with questions asked as to why?

    Not just low rate mobility/care
In fact many with the higher rates of DLA are falling foul of PIP and are not getting any awards at worst and standard rate at best. That was the 2nd of the two parts that PIP was meant to address .
The closing down of the way people tried to stretch DLA to meet almost ANY perceived need whether they were actually disabled or not and the OVERALL reduction in what DLA was costing by 20%
Unlike DLA (which was in the main self certifying) PIP is evidence based. Evidence to prove that the claimed needs actually exist, why they exist, can they reduced with aids and appliances, and above all regular in depth reviews of ALL awards.
And in the OP's case, if PIP is actually awarded for stress and panic attacks, then the system is not working as it should. There are people living with awful disabilities, many of which have made their life intolerable, yet they are being refused PIP.

I Am sitting reading your comments & cannot hold back with your idiotic ignorant replies
You say you thrive on stress & in your previous work the more stress the more you thrived!!
Absolute bloody drivel , then your ignorant comment regarding my state of mind saying i ONLY suffer panic attacks & stress , really!!!
Do you know me or you just 1 of these trolls nothing better to do with your day butting in to make derogatory remarks about someone's mental state of mind.
Here just for your benefit so you can shut that frontal lobe off , give it a rest as you're over exerting yourself
heres my panic attacks & stress plus a couple of other issues then dare come out with my problems are tolerable & a good standard of living

tried committing suicide twice 2nd try very close
ripped ,carved myself to shreds self harming
violent tendencies (won't go there too many !!)
depression , severe dark depression, scary disturbing thoughts ever present
had a stroke leading to 2 stents in an angioplasty procedure
finding my girlfriend dead in her flat with her 2 young girls asking why mums not waking up
i could go on & on & then fire my anxiety/panic attacks stress levels & you have the audacity to make an ignorant comment that only suffering panic attacks & stress which you seem to thrive on is a trivial small complaint which is tolerable in my way of living!!!

I applied for ESA but never applied for PIP as it's not money i seek unlike some , i just am trying to seek help from nearly 20 years of mental torture , money is not the issue , my mental well being is the issue!

my life at present is intolerable & if that very short list describing my problems is what you consider a tolerable way of life i shudder in what you consider intolerable.

To the kind folk who gave me advice rather make a judgement on myself Thank you very much for you help & i applied for ESA yesterday with very nice lady helping through the questionnaire explaining what i need to do next.
    NO APPLICATION FOR PIP
