Same problem for me.
Is there anything we can do?0 -
Hi @Jessicat1211 I finally managed to chat to an agent and they've sorted it for me. It looks like they've been inundated today (can't think why) and had a system issue. It took 5 hours for them to get back to me. You can bypass the bot and speak to a person in chat by typing Live agent0

Got my daughter to apply for the Revolut card via the link on MSE ,because she travels a lot , I have one and I find it a good card to use , but she has applied online and it’s saying she has to pay £4.99 delivery , she has followed the link which says it would be free delivery , any ideas why0

Okay so I typed "live agent"... I got this:Our support agents are extremely busy at the moment. One of our live agents should be with you in approximately 10 hours. We really appreciate your patience!
Might just leave it a bit and try again later.0 -
Hi
Has anyone got any advice regarding the Post Office Travel Money Card. I was looking for a card that I and my family could use in Crete and myself in croatia later in the year. I looked at the weswap card but I do not think it's got the Kona as a currency you can use.0 -
Hi
Has anyone got any advice regarding the Post Office Travel Money Card.
Keep your money in pounds until you spend or withdraw, with fee-free cards that convert to any currency at the best rates - Starling Bank, Metro Bank (for Europe), Monzo, Loot.io - don't rely on only one.Evolution, not revolution0 -
Has anyone used/travelled with a SWAPX pre-paid travel card? Are there any pitfalls as it looks (on paper) better than some of the others?0

< *SWAP Together - When you SWAP money with other SWAPX card holders in the SWAPX Exchange from either EURO to GBP or GBP to EURO - you swap at the true market rate - i.e the mid price of the interbank rate at the time the SWAP is accepted by the other member.
** SWAP NOW - This is dynamic at the ATM or point of sale. Rates are determined at the time of the transaction and carry a 0.5% fee from the daily interbank rate. >
EDIT : A second glance reveals a myriad of fees for virtually everything - AVOID..!!
Are there any fees for using my card?
