    yup , but I am a the victor meldrew to the parking industry ! and have access to "many" weird and wonderful email addresses , its amazing how quick they jump when they think the local press are interested.


    who said anything about it being your receipt , or even the same day? , start thinking and clicking with that bad camera ,

    Aldi can, if they are prepared to do so, check back till records for the day and issue you with a duplicate receipt. Can't guarantee they'll play ball with you, but they have done it in the past for some posters on here. Worth a try perhaps.
