ha ha heres a new one on me got a letter from drp today demanding £150 for a pcn issued by p.e (which i never received) for a breach of contract on a date i wasnt there at said place, when did p.e start subby ing out their charges to third party cowboys, are they that swamped under with their sure fire winners with the anpr cameras or are they selling off drivers details to anyone prepared to take a punt with their junkmail?????
