2013 Private Eye charges???

Hi Coupon-Mad,
I thought the case was closed in 2013. Instead I got a letter from their so call debt collector demanding that I pay the charges? Its been 2 years since I last heard from them and now they resurrected! Could anyone enlighten me please.

6 years is the limit for claims in england and wales, 2 or 3 years is nothing0
