Mobileshop Cashbacks - Small Claims Court - Any Luck???

has anyone had any luck taking mobileshop to small claims court in trying to claim their cashbacks. i am waiting for a quite a few but it has been a very long tiem and still not been paid.:mad:

I also faced the similar issue. My C voucher was due to paid in March and D voucher in May. I waited till July, and send a letter saying that I am going for Small claims court if I have not received money with in 15days. I also send the same msg through online contact us, and also conveyed my intension to one of their representative though online chat.

Mobile shop paid me with in 7 days, and I got all my money into my bank account.

I have sent them letter of intended action two weeks ago - no response

I went to live chat six days ago who confirmed they had received it - asked them to get in touch - nobody did

wnet back to live chat today to tell them I was now taking action - they effectively couldn't give a toss

Have now filed the action (today using moneyclaim) but reckon it's £30 down the drain

Reckon they are in the process of cutting and running.
