selling unwanted prizes?

I sell things I have no use for. A lot of the bigger comps have runner up prizes I have no use for...if I win something like that I will often sell it. I sold a coffee machine I won a few weeks ago, I have no idea where it came from but it must have been a runner up prize as I don't enter coffee machine comps because I don't drink coffee!

I've also won kids toys after the top prize was Tesco vouchers, again, I sold the toys.

I have sold a couple of prizes... One was a very expensive bike, but I didn't get any choice in what size. It was far too big for me to use - yes, I could have given away a £1000 bike I suppose but tbh I'm not that generous, as none of my friends or family would really have appreciated it! I sold it on gumtree for £500 cash.

I also won a £250 voucher prize about a year ago - I recently sold the remaining £60 or so balance on eBay as there was really nothing I fancied and I needed the cash.

I don't feel bad about either tbh!
