mobile with less than £6 per month

I am looking for a mobile deal, maybe a cashback or anything else. I can commit to a 12 month or so contract, if necessary. But I want it, after discounts, cashbacks, etc to cost me less than £6 per month. I need at least 1GB data and at least 30min talk and 30 texts. Is there anything like this?

I have a P.A.Y.G. sim with 3 texts cost 1p, calls 3p a minute to any network. You can top up £5 at a time via your debit card.

and if you calculate, 1GB of data is £10!!!

I am with O2 and have a GiffGaff sim card which costs me £7.50pm for 200mins plus unlimited texts.
