From the IPC open letter:

“The IPC would remind the BPA that it is the only organisation to audit every sign that its members use …”

From a recent IAS Adjudication, found in favour of the motorist:

“I am unable to reconcile these two terms. It is an essential term of the contract and as the terms are a complete contradiction, the intention of the Operator cannot be established. Consequently, I am satisfied there is uncertainty in the meaning and the contract fails for lack of certainty.”

this is an open letter to all BPA members saying, "look what we do for you, you will lose 50% of appeals if you stay with BPA", "come with us, and you will win more appeals with our open, honest, transparent and superior appeals service that is there to serve you, not the motorist"


just wondering if another mass exodus will result because of this letter
