Sent from the same office and same people that hears "independent" appeals and then sues them when they turn them down, again from the same office.
They must have a different measure of "standards" to everyone else.I do Contracts, all day every day.0 -
They waffle on about how thorough they are in auditing their members so they are compliant with PoFA 2012, and most of their major members don't even use that anymore, preferring to go back to the good old principle that 'on the balance of probabilities, the RK was the driver.'
Not to mention the anonymous appeals assessors, who routinely make appeal decisions outside of the principles of contract and trespass law.
This is the pot calling the kettle black.Je Suis Cecil.0 -
The are also implying that because 50% of the BPA appeals are upheld, that the BPA is running at a lower standard and bringing the PPC industry into disrepute. Though they don't seem to have actually improved anything themselves (and can't, because the industry is based on lies).0

And in keeping with the IPC ethos of transparency and fairness (note: irony, just in case anyone gets on their high horse), you can see that the open letter has been signed "The IPC"...0

The whole letter is complete and utter !!!!....
"The BPA should be standing up for the rights of the land owners and not placing the rights of the motorist or your own self-preservation above them."
In summary:
IPC is butt-hurt because the BPA are at least trying to be reasonable. Even the BPA realises the industry is falling to bits.Mike172 vs. UKCPM

Indeed the corrupt thieving bunch of tosspots couldn't even find someone in their own organisation prepared to sign such a ridiculous statement - they make FIFA look clean !!!!"The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis." - Dante Alighieri0
