Good afternoon everyone, another lovely day.
Hugs to everyone.
Mrs LW I thought dumpling expressed everyone's thoughts, and I can only echo them.
Mrs TA ouch! with all the expenditure, hope that its over now.
elona so good your family is so supportive. Thinking of you.
csarina, hope the move goes well.
JackieO hope everything goes well with the op. take it slowly and let your family help you out.
Well DDs friends are still here and seem to have spent their entire stay shut in the sitting room!
DS has just finished work so I'm off to pick him up.
My mum phoned this afternoon and she is coming to visit tomorrow, so I have to go and meet her at Clapham - oh joy. She is such hard work these days as she picks fault with everything. At least she won't be staying longer than a few days as we are all back to school on Monday.:D
Have a good day everyone.:)SPC 11 #4450 -
Afternoon all,
Elona - ((((hugs))))
JackieO - Missed your post about your op. Good luck and speedy recovery.
Another beautiful day here. Took myself off for a look around the shops. Got a couple of bits and pieces. I use the park and ride then I don't have to worry about how long the ticket lasts, mind you it seems to have gone up quite a bit since I last went. I'm sure it was only about £1.20 and is now £1.60. Still it's better than hunting for a space and clock watching.

Docky and I have been on the receiving end of so much love and caring from each of you that it is a truly humbling experience, your kindness and support is giving me such strength I can't find the words to sufficiently say thank you, but I do, from the bottom of my heart and your being here for me is beyond value. It's hard to be able to do nothing but wait for the inevitable to happen but I feel the warmth of you with me and it is such a joy to my soul to know you are here and care, wonderful, wonderful friends that is all of you!!!
Docky managed to take the top off the tumour agin today but it stopped bleeding on its own so now just looks gruesome but is not giving him pain I think. He is currently fast asleep in front of my armchair with his squeaky squirrel on his paws from where he was throwing it at my friend Jane who popped in to say hello, a hooligan in a lampshade thundering up and down the lounge in pursuit of a fluffy squirrel is a joy to behold, even if he can't keep it up for long these days. When he'd finished jumping up and slurping poor Jane he demanded squirrel throwing until he was zonked (mind you at that point so was she) so he's in fine form and as long as I know he's happy so am I. One day at a time and make the utmost of every one of them, that's what we're doing!!!
What a lovely thing to say , docky sounds adorable and he is lucky to have such an adoring mum xx
Elona big hugs to you , it's a very difficult day for you, glad, your dd was so thoughtful. Since my dad died before Xmas , I've been with my mum for all the difficult days, anniversary , his birthday etc just so she's not alone xx
JO good luck xx
