Good day to you all,

I have been offered a mobile phone 18 month contract with Orange by the above company. Has anyone heard of them? They are offering 850 free mins any network +300 texts for £40pm but you get your money back every 3 months. It sounds "too good to be true". I received the offer via a text message. I've done various searches but can't find anything about them. Can anyone help?

  • it did sound too good to be true, when my partner signed up. so i did some sniffing, apparently, they are an affiliate of carphonewarehouse or so i was told.anyway, she received the package, nice motorola ,brand new and documentation and you have a cooling off period of 7 days to return it. she's happy with it! i don't like the 18 months bit, personally. incidentally she's on a 3 phone and received a text inviting her to take up the offer! when you look at their website,YES MOBILES.CO.UK. it doesn't inspire confidence, but after calling them myself i was reassured everything was above board. all these copanies seem to be affiliates of another! its worth the gamble imho. it is an exceedingly good deal as i suppose you can always sell the phone later to take advantage of new models! please post your decisions on this one later. gratefull for any other feedback.

Everything seems to be above board so I've gone for it. Hopefully I have the same experience as your partner with them. Thanks again
  • I have also been offered this deal and would like to find out more about express mobiles. Is yes mobiles part of express mobiles?
  • i also got text message on my 3 phone and i rang them and accepted contract but they charged £4.99 for delivery and i got an lg chocolate phone but it wouldnt even switch on so i had to post it back to them at a cost of £6.00 which they say they will give back if i send a letter to them ....i will let u know if they do but im still unsure about contract only time will tell... you never get owt for nowt do you!!!
  • Please stay away from this company, it does not inspire confidence. I went for the mobile but recieved no details of cashback. I then decided to cancel my contract with express mobiles part of vanillamobbiles. They were extremelly rude and would not give me details of cancellation. On my insistance they said someone will call back in 24 hours providing me details of returning the phone. I am awaiting a call been 2 hours now. Anyways thought people should know that you are dealing with a company that has rudeness earmarked all over there conversations.
