Parking Collection Services Notice to Owner

Received a PCN Notice to Owner on 14th May relating to an 'offence' on 13th March in a Lidl car park issued by LDK. Having read the newbies thread, am wondering if need to add anything to the template before sending.
Vehicle was parked in a Lidl car park where you pay a £1 to a man in a hut who issues a ticket, driver then shows your shopping receipt with the ticket on exit and get your fee back. Did shopping as normal (under the 1 hr allowed) and when approaching the car, the driver noticed that LDK staff were issuing a ticket to the adjacent vehicle and then noticed that there was a ticket on husband's vehicle's windscreen. Staff were immediately challenged and they agreed that the man in the hut had written the arrival time in the wrong space on the parking ticket and they thought the car had overstayed. They checked with their colleague in the hut, apologised and removed the ticket from the windscreen and the dashboard ticket and said nothing more would happen (!). The only paperwork kept as a precaution was the till receipt from Lidl, the rest was taken by LDK (screen and dashboard tickets).
Should any of this be included in the reply to the Notice to Owner?

Add to the template you were a genuine customer and send a COPY OF THE RECEIPT.
Start the letter served notice of appeal to parking charge.
Also hit Lidl's facebook page with the tale.I do Contracts, all day every day.0 -
you will get absolutely know where with PCS ,
was the notice you received a notice to "owner" or a notice to "keeper"0 -
Definitely "owner"0

ok , notice to "owner" that was received on day 60 , (I think) from a debt collection company?
so you hav,nt actually received a notice to keeper from LDK?
"please refer this back to LDK , as no NTK has been received , and unfortunately after this period of time I am unable to remember who was driving"0 -
No, nothing received until this Notice to Owner which arrived on the 14th0

as suspected another of the "small fry" using the PCS/DR+ route , however as they have failed to meet the rules of POFA 2012 , they can only go after the driver ,
please edit your first post to say "the driver" , and not make it sound like you of your other half were actually in the car ,
expect multiple letters from PCS , DR+ , PCS , DR+
however until they can find the driver they might have problems issuing court papers that would succeed.
if it worries you , add an extra complaint about PCS (and small fry) abusing the BPA to Steve.C@britishparking.co.uk , he knows of there actions and might eventually act if enough complaints are made0
