Really hope your foot heals very soon. You are the 3rd person on here that has a foot injury at the moment so it must be more common than you'd think. Nice amount to pay off the mortgage though" Your vibe attracts your tribe":D

Good to know I am not the only one suffering at the moment, but bet I am the only one who's naughty little doggy was responsible
....she is missing out on her many walkies which I think is punishment enough
Hate feeling restricted, normally rushing around getting things done at psycho speed instead sat on my backside for most of the day.............sooooo frustrating. My DS reasoning is that maybe it was Gods only way he could slow me down Hmm...............
Waiting for DS at the moment, have sent him to do quite a few errands in town bless, hope he remembers my teabags.:D
Did manage Ironing, and all on one leg, clever me:T..............energy zapped so just might have a nice little nap...........yawn....:)

Yep sure did Bobarella, he has been my little star....:A
Paid £20 into EF this morning, funny how no spendy days, soon help your purse to gain weight.......but sure.missing my carbooty spendys.............
Overpaid on gas/electric by £280, over the moon :j, normally underpaid, will throw half straight into mortgage pot when they finally get around to paying it back....should really leave it there for the winter months to come, but with only OH income for the next few weeks, will probably need it if I don't want to dip into my mortgage savings ..........
Have been quite down in the dumps this morning, the thought of another Bank holiday weekend approaching "OH off work" and the temptation which goes with it. He has been trying hard to keep on the right track, especially since I broke my foot but can't help feeling apprehensive....and its not like I can just walk out the door......................Also feeling a bit jealous of Dbrother and sis off on short breaks with their OH's something we haven't been able to do for years due to OH problem and it always being spoiled, Now feeling guilty for feeling jealous............:o
Oohhh I am getting annoyed with myself...my emotions are all over the place today.....instead I am going to try and be positive, after all my train of thought and negative thinking is not going to change a thing, so I am going to look at all the good things I have in my life, pull myself together and shake the gloom away
Right off to make a nice healthy chicken salad for lunch, with a lovely chocky bar to follow
and then enjoy the rest of my day, Promise!!:D

I can see why the bank holiday coming would make you feel anxious. It must be rotten not being able to get out either. Hang in there." Your vibe attracts your tribe":D

Thanks..... actually feeling OK this morning....much more optimistic than yesterday so far Lol..... seem to have a much more leveled frame of mind. Instead of wallowing around feeling sorry for myself have decided to make a plan of action, invite family members to visit, planning places to go ie (cinema with DS), giving OH driving duties and tactful excuses, meaning no alcohol. Hopefully will take the pressure off........;)
Whoooo Hoo good news Gas over payment has been paid straight back into my current account this morning, smashing.:T
Another £20 for EF....:T
Couldn't help myself, have given mortgage £250....might need to dip into it over the coming weeks, but also might give me more incentive to spend less so I can leave it there, we will see!

So far so good....smooth running as far as bank holiday weekends go with OH,but taking nothing for granted....still Monday to go
.
Money wise I have faulted I'me afraid.... bedroom walls and bedroom furniture painted and looking very nice, all for a cheapy make over of roughly £52 inc new wardrobe door handles, paint, brushes etc...........was doing well, then this afternoon from out of the blue got carried away and ordered new rug £25 and bed set another £25....if that wasn't bad enough then ended up walking around the rangey and whoops before I new what was happening was standing inline at checkout grasping wall clock £24 and mantle clock £8, also bought 4 picture frames £3.50 and 2 wall art for £2 "from carbooty this morning" bargain so wont really count them in my spendy slip up. I bought a pair of curtains a while back again from a carboot, they are still being sold in Dunelmy for £80 only cost me £4, they need altering, but will look lovely in my fab bedroom. Anyway getting back to my spendy slip, I suppose with the cost of the 2 clocks, bed set and rug a grand total of £82 is not the worst slip up I've made over the years, in fact I remember a time when possibly spending £82 on a rug alone would not make me flinch.....so progress I think!!
