help me claim my cashback

I've had my contract with 3 for just over 18 months. When i took out the contract i was told there would be a cashback of £60 (i think that was the amount, could have been more) after 6 months. I never recieved this and when i enquired they said i needed certain numbered bills, i think it was month 2, month 4 and month 6. As i no longer had these bills i missed out on the cashback so if anybody knows of a way i could claim this back your help would be greatly appreciated!! thanx x

Sorry chick looks like you've lost it all - there is usually a time limit on these things, about a month.

The only thing I can think of is if you were knowingly misinformed when you bought the contract. You dont say who you bought it from or how. I think it would be difficult but you could make a start by sending all your details to Trading Standards and see what they say.
