Plusnet step change for the worse - new £50 visit fee if you are not careful

It's going to be inconvenient to move the 2 Plusnet accounts that I manage for others away but the new rules, if not changed, mean I'd not choose Plusnet in future.
It also means that when Virgin bring cable to one of the 2 addresses (promised as part of Cable My Street initiative) I'm going to bite their hand off.
Since installation of Virgin cable at my home 12 years ago I've never needed a home visit except for having routers swapped. Even that's changed, my latest router was sent in the post by Virgin.0
