Thank you it is the fact my body can't tolerate sugar. So I have been advised to cut out sugar in foods, and just concentrate on eating foods that naturally have it in them, not added0 -

If it is a hippy dippy anaysis, there's no harm in trying out different diets but don't take it as gospel; try cutting one thing at a time and seeing if you get improvements. You are your own science lab...
Although cutting out sugr, if you mean cutting out sugar + sweetners, is easy - stop eating cake and cook everything from scratch, Should start to have fewer energy spikes after day 4.

I know you are not looking for vegan recipes specifically, but obviously it would help to look at vegan cook books as they are dairy free.
I have this one, and it has some lovely recipes. Also consider looking at 'Vegetarian' magazine (you can get it in Waitrose, as wellas other veggie/vegan magazines), as they have lovely recipes which you can easily 'veganize' by using soya cream/marg etc.

There are loads of different brands and types of vegan cheese, so maybe the OP just needs to find one thats suitable for her.
Almond milk is very easy to make, i agree. Oat milk is very cheap, but not as nice as almond milk

With regard to breakfast cereal, I haven't eaten cereal for years as imo they are all sugar laden cardboard, so nutrition free they have to add vitamins in. They are all also a fashion born of marketing hype front the 30's. (Apart from porridge) . You can eat anything for breakfast: eggs/toast/left overs from dinner.
Why not have a look at vegan recipes websites online? Then you can add in meat / eggs etc if you want them. Obviously you would still need to avoid any recipes with honey.
Good luck with it all - I have a friend with similar health issues going on and it's very hard when medics can't get to the bottom of it.I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -
