Replacing Glass Lampshades

Thanks, I'd come to that conclusion. The light fitting was from H0meb4se approx 8 years ago. I guess I've had my monies worth

I have found someone on ebay who has a 2nd hand lightfitting like mine, but doesn't want to post it. I've asked them if they would consider just packing up the lampshades for me. They are considering this. Fingers crossed.
Thinking about the connectors, I'm still unsure they would work as by the time I've added two connectors, the bulbs will be on the table...:rotfl:
I have an electrician here tomorrow, so will ask his advice, too.
In the meantime, I've found another light fitting I really like, so will keep that in my back pocket for saving up for, should I be unable to resurrect this current one.
Much appreciate all your helpful comments :T
