I have these, they seem quite sturdy but mega light. I think the IT ones feel a bit flimsy. http://direct.asda.com/Constellation-2-Wheel-Superlite-Case---Large/001745235,default,pd.html

Coming back from florida they were packed full and no where near the 23kg limit either.

    Part of the Furniture
I have the cabin version of the IT world's lightest suitcase. As well as the light weight, the frame design allows a lot more packing room than many other trolley cases.

I've often thought about buying a larger version but am a bit concerned that the case itself might not stand up to baggage handling. Do people find that it is OK?

Case would mainly be for clothes and well bagged toiletries so my concern is more about the plastic frame breaking than what is inside getting damaged.

Let's hope it stands up to the challenge.
I'm hopeless with technology, in addition, I suffer with MH issues, what may appear simple, I struggle with, may I ask, please be patient, thank you

The one I gave my sister to go back to Australia did the following route...

    Manchester-Helsinki
    Helsinki - Singapore
    Singapore to Sydney

She said it didn't have a mark on it, unlike her Samaonite hard case which had a bashed corner.

As I have already said, pack well, any toiletries/breakables in a bag in the middle of the case and use a luggage strap with it, you will be ok.

Mine has had umpteen Easyjet flights and had no issues whatsoever.

We have these suitcases on our return from Florida with a load of shopping and the largest one full to overflowing the weight was 20kg and the medium one was only 12kg.

Bought them through Tesco direct, they might be included in the current voucher boost offer?

Did you disclose these imports when you arrived back into the UK. Or where you like many that took off the tags and breezed through customs as innocent as a lamb?
Just wondering as most of you posts preach righteous behaviour!
