Yep, I got an invoice from PE for a 2 minute overstay at Sunderland Royal Hospital. (An email to PALS got it quickly cancelled though.)0

The awfully named 'Campus for Aging and Vitality' which used to be Newcastle general also employs parking eye although other sites (such as RVI) use other PPCs. I'm not sure who is in place at the Freeman.
The trust is the Newcastle upon Tyne hospitals nhs foundation trust.0 -
looks like they are doing normal ambulances for parking in emergency ambulance only areas now...!! Low even by PE standards!0
