My claim dates back to 2011 when Monarch refused on the usual grounds of 'Extraordinary circumstances'.

As I had no experience in the airline industry, I found a 'no win, no fee' firm of solicitors (Bott & Co) who have just paid £447 into my bank account. Result!:T

I have left a smug reply on Monarch's Facebook page as well!:rotfl:
