APCOA Parking Notice in Halifax Broad Street

Members of pure gym in halifax are entitled to use the Apcoa car park in broad street
I did so as I do everytime I go to said gym
I parked in the same block of spaces as always. Anyway, it appears they've put up reserved signs on the wall infront of the spaces.
No where does it say
- Why they are reserved
- Who they are reserved for
- When they are reserved
- Who cannot park there and any times
Nor does it mention this on any parking signs, meters or other signage.
I questioned the attendant, who was a complete idiot and said he couldn't revoke the ticket- usual 30days £60 14days £30.
He said to ring them.

From reading on here clearly i've done nothing, but what do I do now.... should i write a letter of appeal to them or just ignore it.
Sorry if this is basics but I'm new to this field of private car park fines.

Interestingly they've a site
https://gloucestershire.apcoa.co.uk/Pages/OnlineReferenceEntry.aspx?loadtype=INFORMAL
and if I put my details in including the Parking notice number and reg it comes up with nothing

Advice much appreciated people.....

read and follow the NEWBIES sticky thread

if this was a windscreen ticket, wait for the NTK in the post, then appeal using the newbies template

also complain to the landowner and demand a cancellation

Do not say who was driving!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Can I use a work address and use my name in a format of

A.Surname if it comes to writing a letter to them?

yes, all they need is a person to write to and a serviceable address , which is one reason you wait for the NTK as then the keeper appeals using the same details as on the NTK they send out

so unless you have good reason not to wait, wait for the NTK to arrive in the post

    Thanks for the reply

I rung them the day after getting the ticket, as the parking attendant said this was how to get out of it- i rung withheld number and didn't disclose any details other than the reg which they already had
She said she was putting it on hold for 14days- the usual thing when an appeal goes in

So now do I need to send the appeal or still wait? Its all confusing this!!

Never ever phone these people. What proof have you the call was ever made or what was said.

None, but in the scheme of things if it doesn't happen and she hasn't put it on hold then i'm still in the same position as someone who hasn't called, in that I'm waiting for the NTK

If she has put it on hold then what's the best course of action then?
