Lots of usefule advice on this forum - however, I can't find the actual #3 post you often refer to. Also had my appeal to parking company (LDK) rejected (lots of mistakes and points I can use in appeal to POPLA) - however haven't been given a POPLA number. Not clear who issues this? Do I needto appeal on POPLA website or should this have been issued by LDK? Apologies if I'm missing something - have read Newbies thread several times!
The rejection letter has the POPLA code, as long as your appeal was in time. Have you checked the letter thoroughly - look at heading and refs where they might have hidden the 10 digit code. Did they include a POPLA form? The code is sometimes hand-written on it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
