Can you name any contested case in which a PPC has won a claim in court by referencing an IAS refusal?

we have had experience with this so=called company, the link to our recent experience I will try to post, have a look through it, I received a lot of support from regulars, SIP took us to court after making all sorts of threats, and threatening us with Debt collectors Morgan knightly. they try to make it sound like they are referring it to a solicitors, but it is their own company!!
ours was the same situation
They will not send an appropriate LBCC ( look at newbies for info)
long story short, they did not respond with additional evidence for court, nor did they turn up, judge dismissed claim and awarded costs to us. Joke of a company

I'll keep all the inevitable debt collector letters just in case and if I ever get any official court papers, I'll be back to ask for some more expert advice.
