My contract will be finished next month. I've rung them to ask for disconnection, but they said need to write to them. I'm not sure how to write this letter. Anyone knows what kind of massege? please show me an example if you can. Thank you.

When you ring disconnections they will give you the address to send it to as it appears there are a couple of different address (one in Southampton and one in London) and they use.

Don't forget to put your referance number & account number on top of letter as well & get recorded delivery.

I sent my letter away 2 weeks ago & got text within 3 days , then they will call you on mobile to offer you different deals.

You might also want to include the exact date you want the contract terminated,
