anyone know if you get points on a tesco credit card when you do a bal transfer?

I bought some petrol from a tesco express but didn't get any points, at the time I didn't notice as I was in a hurry but I thought I should've got some points? It is a purchase after all at a tesco store?

It depends, if the Tesco store was attatched to say an Esso garage, then no, you wouldn't get points since it's not Tesco's fuel you are buying. Bit sneaky really but that's life!...I like my coffee black, just like my metal!
