I am thinking of buying this phone and, being a bit of a smartphone virgin, I am not sure whether this means it would be locked into the Tesco mobile sim or could I buy a giffgaff contract?

Help and advice appreciated!

    Yes it would be locked but can be unlocked for a couple of quid through ebay swiftly.
    Which would give you the choice of all the networks
