Thank you, it was a good one. Thats annoying about the tax on your childs account. Can you get it back for last year? Or is it gone now as the tax year is closed. Do you remember filling in one of those forms, I think its a form r85.
Hannah: To claim back tax on a savings account you need an R40. You can download one from HMRC here (Link). Send the R40 to HMRC.
Then use an R85 to make sure you don't pay tax in future (Link). Send the R85 to your bank.

Evening - a bit of a late post, but better than not posting.
My best friend's dad who is super healthy and fit and always has been, has had a mini stroke and is in hospital with bleeds on brain. So worried for him and my friend and her mum. I hope he will be ok. I shall check in with her later tonight.
Today I have/will:
Walked to/from to/from school today, with dog - DONE
Gone for a small run with friend, with dog again - DONE
Had coffee & cake in caf! = a treat and much needed - DONE
Hang washing out - DONE
Put dry washing away
B/L/D from stores - DONE
OU studies - a few hours today and tonight - must get kids in bed BEFORE 8pm! - DONE
Check out pressie ideas for friends birthday (and stick to budget)
Make tomorrow's pack lunches - DONE
Rearrange some appointments out of next week so free up study time
Get DS2 to try on Next clothes - he has hardly any left and can't hand down from DS1 anymore, as DS2 is growing faster! - DONE
Check bank account - DONE
Go to bed at decent time. BIT LATE - OOPS

Today I spent a little on lunch in work (oops!) however will just take this off of my self-allowed balance for sweeties etc at the weekend!
Sponged some snacks for tomorrows lunch from my parents house!
Found out that the team I have joined in work had won £50.00 prior to me joining and are putting it behind the bar after next payday and they have kindly included myself so that's a free afternoon to look forward to!
Listed a couple of gumtree items that have already sold (£20-£30 depending if they try to haggle at POS :P) this'll be going straight towards CC payment!
