Marie, if you look on the thread "No T words mentioned", a daughter of Flowertotmum has just had mono twins, and if you look on her blog there are photos of the babies. Mum and babies are doing really well.

Hi everyone, dropped Halight a line and he has messaged back:
Hi. I'm doing quite well thanks. They have found out why I keep getting the brain tumour's. Not good news. But not very bad. I have a genetic disorder call NF2 You can google it to read all about it. I will not bore you with detail here's. Please feel free to tell the thread what its called too. The bad news of having it is that there is nothing that can be done. No cure or treatment will solve or stop it. I will carry on getting the tumours until I get one that they can not treat. Most at some point end up in a wheelchair some blind or death. other stuff too. All depends on where the tumour pops up and what it effects. No time frame either. Each person if different. It seems about 65 is the age limit that people reach. But as treatments for brain and spine tumours get better this age will go up too. There is some good news. I'm doing a forest school course. I am working at the girls school doing forest school with the children. We take them out into the woods to play. They can climb trees. Make dens. Take risks we do knife work. Out door cooking on a camp fire. Bug hunting. digging up worms. And all manner of outdoor play. Its real good fun. The school have even paid for my course ! I will be able to take children out and run the lesion when iv passed. So its not all bad news here. The twins are growing. They will be Seven in less than two months! Where that time ahs gone I will never know. In September they will be in year three at school. That means the same amount of school time again the will be leaving to go to their secondly school!
We have decided to downsize (but not spec) to a 2 berth tourer, so spent today emptying the current one. We get it 3 days before we go off to Skegness for 10 days, certainly a red wine night we think! Followed about 10 days later with a UK mini tour, Bloxham for a steam fair, Hampton Court for the Flower Show, Duxford for their Aur Show, followed by Naseby, Leicestershire before returning home 4 weeks later
((Hugs)) spoons & positive vibes all round, especially thinking of Elona, Hilly, Molly & LW. Take care everyone. DGMember #8 of the SKI-ers Club
