So I was looking at upgrading my now bricked S3 and the deals on offer for a long time O2 user were abysmal!
Knocking £3 off the list price when the list price was £8 above the like-for-like that I currently have IS NOT A DISCOUNT!
Was told I'd be called on my renewal date when I called to discuss it a week earlier. No call, I chased and then it turns out that I'm a DAY late for a particular deal.
The agent tried to sell the fact that I've used Priority Moments as a compelling reason to stay despite being offered a better deal for £50 less upfront and £5 less PCM.
Argh, surprised that more effort hasn't been invested in trying to keep a customer of nearly two decades (since they were BT Cellnet)!
