Reed seem to be affiliated with it, Reed are a well know and very successful brand so I don't think you should have a problem.http://www.reed.co.uk/courses/profile/uk-learning-college

It's strange though , they say they are part of the of the Dialgia group but I can't find any such company.
    Their livechat does not work.

So is it right that you haven't managed to find any reviews, favourable or otherwise, on this company you have booked with?

Not sure that in itself is a problem.

However, paying by Paypal probably is.
I think you'll find that Paypal buyer protection doesn't cover services or intangibles.
Also, by using Paypal, you are probably not covered by any protection the Consumer Credit Act might've offered had you used a credit card.

I would suggest you continue doing the course as planned until such time as you have a more concrete reason to do otherwise.

Hubby did a course through them. The qualification was genuine, but there was no help or support available along the way. He wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Could that be because it is late on a Sunday evening? ;)

There's a Glasgow address at the bottom of every page on https://www.uklearningcollege.co.uk, which is the same as that on the Dialgia Group website.

How long ago did you enrol/register?

They don't seem to actuallly offer the courses themselves but act as a link between students and training providers.

"We bring together professionals in the distance learning market with around 50 years’ experience in both home learning and customer service, to bring you excellence. We have a comprehensive database of courses, containing the most sought-after national and international qualifications with high quality course content. "

    It was only this weekend...
I would not be worried if I couldn't contact a company over a weekend.

I think you are being unreasonable to expect their phones to be manned on a Saturday or Sunday... unless of course their website indicates they are.
    Does their website say that?

It does, in the top-right corner.

    "Open 8am - 8pm 7 days a week."

ETA: It wasn't just that though (see above). Also I found out that every learning provider in the UK should have a UK Provider Reference Number but I couldn't see anything like that on their website.

    From their website,

"UK Learning College is registered with the UK Register of Learning Providers: UKPRN 10031248"

So you enrolled only this weekend and you can't contact them? You do realise it's the weekend still don't you, do you think you may be over reacting. Try contacting them on working days, if you can't get them Monday to Friday then you have a problem.
