Am I right that Sketchup is no longer free? Looked the other day and what was a free Google owned free software now seems to be sold off to a new company. Old version still runs but the online libraries are no longer available it seemed. Anyway I moved on the Sweet Home 3D which is an excellent free 2D/3D design tool for home improvements and extensions.

I've used this before for doing floor plans: https://www.lucidchart.com - I think you get a free trial

The B and Q application is not too bad.

Checked B&Q before I opted for Sweet Home 3D. You've got to book a consultation with B&Q before you can access that tool? What?
Checked IKEA too but they don't have a bathroom planner (though their kitchen planner I used years ago worked well).

    Ikea...used that easily enough.

There was a thread on here a few years ago, when someone also used it and then showed us the finished job.

    Looked really impressive.

If I remember correctly there is a link to some free software for planning kitchens on DIY kitchens online.
