Did they refund it to the current account of your choice without many question asked ??

I did this, and it was pretty much no questions asked.. They slightly touched on why I went into a positive balance, but I just said I entered wrong card when doing a balance transfer elsewhere, and nothing else was mentioned, and it all went though smoothly.

Others just did this via the website messaging system, where I understand no questions at all were asked.

I got a TSB Platinum in January for stoozing with a £2500 limit. They cut the limit to £1050 (just above the balance) in March. It caused me to go over the new limit but they refunded the fee.

That's very annoying but guess its good they refunded. Issue is I wouldn't find 2.5k that useful for the stoozing game :(

Sorry - I don't see the 1% refund for current account customers - has that expired??

I think you are correct, looks like it has expired. I've completed my transfers and got the 1% fee back so it definitely was available.
