HELP, Warranty company won't repair my car
HELP!!!!!!
Hi guys, I need information on what to do with a car garage that have had my car with them to get it repaired, but since finding the issue (which is minor), they are now refusing to fix it! This is not the first problem I have had but they have fixed and helped every other time, what do I do?
I brought the car on 18th Feb 15' and is currently still under warranty until 18th may 15', how do I go about making sure they fix this problem or due to having nothing g but problems with the car since purchase is there a good chance of being able to get my money back?
Please let me know asap!!

We can't possibly advise you of anything without knowing specifics!!!0

What specifics do you need and will do my best to give the information.
Thanks0 -
The problem they have told me is a leak/weeping from the diesel pump! This is leading to my car going into limp mode on the motorway and loss of power in lower revs and also feels like the car misfires!0

Also make, model and age of the car.0

How it that minor?lbm 11/06/12 dept total 11499.470

Audi A4 s line 2007, 2.0 tdi
That is just what I have been told by the garages dealer! I don't know a lot about cars but have got my information from other sources!0 -
The dealer has also told me to go pick up my car from him, but am I better off leaving it there until this issue is resolved?0

Was there a repair limit (amount of money) on the warranty that you have now reached?
Why do they say that they won't fix it?
If you don't tell us we have to guess, like I just haveI want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....
(except air quality and Medical Science)

Have you checked the warranty small print to see what is not included?. It would be worth doing this before deciding your next move.
If the pump is excluded from the warranty, then you can either give the dealer the chance to repair at their expense, or reject the vehicle as being not of merchantable quality, or fiannally, pay to have the repairs done, then sue the dealer for the costs via the Small Claims Court.
If the pump is covered, then inform the warranty company that if they fail to honour their warranty, then you will have no choice but to have the repair undertaken at your expense then recover it from them vis the Courts.Never Knowingly Understood.
