If your download usage is only 20GB why do you need fibre? What sort of ADSL speed could you get?

Plusnet offer 38Mbps down unlimited at a lower initial price on 18 month minimum term but I haven't checked line rental/phone package cost or if there is an install fee.

Usually BT deals can be bettered.
