Hello everyone! Sorry I haven't been on for a couple of days.
UPDATE
I have a meeting with a different bank tomorrow to open a new account.
So when that's happened I have enough time to get my wages into that account before payday hopfully.
I've been in touch with citizens advice and they have arranged a meeting with me to go through things. The payday loans haven't been in touch as of yet after tomorrow I'll ring them all and get that 30 day cooling off period an and from there its budget time time.
Thanks everyone for the messages and tips0 -
Good stuff. You can get through this.

Dont beat yourself up that you have made bad choices - start making good choices as sadly gambling is in you - so you need be strong and take the control - it is after all just an obsessive compulsive habit that can be beaten. Sincere best wishes - you can do it0 -

I hope you have registered yourself as self-excluded to the gambling companies, you can do this for a period of time up to 5 years. search Gambleaware for more details on this.
If you don't live to far from work try cycling, most companies do a cycle to work scheme where you can get up to 40% off any bike and equipment. This will cut down on your travelling cost.
Get rid of the luxuries, you don't need them, once you've cleared the debt then things like Spotify can be re-applied for.
32% of the population takes cheese sandwiches in to work for lunch every day. Pack lunches are a cheap way to eat, you can get soup at Tesco for 25p and reduced loaf of bread for 32p (I've seen this as low as 12p).0 -
