I might be moving to supported living soon.
    is they any tips?

You've had lots of good advice on this thread, most of which you have dismissed, and none of which you have thanked. My advice would be to take the support you are being offered, perhaps look at some supported learning, because you would not cope in the workplace without developing some social skills.

I do not get any support as is in the residential home.
I just feel stressed trying to keep up with things.

Listen, you don't have to spam apply to 85 applications a day. Take a step back and read your cover letter. Cover letters have to be fitted to the job you are applying for. If they are saying they want a social person then you say you are a social person and explain why you think so.
JCP does not ask you to apply to every job, they just want you to apply to a good amount of jobs. They also care more about quantity because there is no way for them to check your quality of applications. Just imagine you are the employer and ask yourself if you think your cover letter and CV look interesting to them.
If you want to know why they refuse to put you on JSA then simply ask them and they will tell you why. However I am certain that it has nothing to do with the amount of jobs you apply to.

I used to work in a ESA benefit center and they were keen on making people on ESA switch to JSA as they are forced to look for work actively, less money from the government, and if they are insisting you stay on ESA then there is definitely a very good reason. They must think that you are not fit for work.

That is the point - you don't need to keep up with anything. Use your time on ESA to focus on improving your social skills and coping strategies.
