fox has taken up residence in back garden

I am a bit puzzled by those here who say they do not cause any trouble. Maybe not out in the country but in a small urban town garden like ours they do. Their den is in the garden next door and they have dug holes all over our lawn and recently have made several attempts to tunnel under the wall to provide access into our garden as well.
