I don't know whether it was the letter to MET parking, or, the verbal complaint the MacDonalds, which did the trick... - I am presuming it was probably the complaint to MacDonalds... I don't believe that they want to alienate their customers.0

I expect you're right, although I guess most are 'inalienatable' - they just keep on going back and gobbling those burgers!
