Received another letter today, this time from soliciters Wright Hassle. After some reading on here these seem to be well known.

This is not a LBCCC is it? Just another letter trying to frighten me into paying their invoice?

I have uploaded said letter just reassemble the link above to view it.

Is the best advice to continue to ignore their threats at this stage?

    Many thanks for the help

Have a good read of this link which, while a different PPC, will give you some good ideas in how to handle your case.

Add to the complaints made to the Solicitors Regulation Authority. The more complaints, the more likely they will take action.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Please put the spelling right and Google search 'Wright Hassall' and no need to post here about these letters at all. We don't need to see them again.

Surely after posting a month ago you searched 'ZZPS' and knew the WH letter was next? If not then search this time instead of posting as if it's all new and unexpected - it's not and has already been posted about too many times.

    :)

Not being funny - it's already here. Search and spell it right and each time you get a letter you will know what to expect next!

Am I right in thinking I should not provide them with my DOB as why would they need it? I don't think they have any means to check my DOB to confirm who I am?

Any help greatly appreciated before I respond

I would not give out my DOB to any of these non-government bullies

certainly would not give my details to a debt collector or to the supposed WRIGHT HASSEL either

you do as you feeel, but I would not correspond with any of them now

I would wait for either an official LBC from Elite (or the landowner), or an MCOL from Northampton or Salford

so if its not those two, then ignore it

There's no need for any of that, they just want your details as it makes you easier to trace/hassle.

I'd reply declining to provide further information, the reference code is sufficient.
