Short of you contacting them, they had absolutely no access to any of your personal data from the DVLA. They could not possibly have identified you, or contacted you.

But presumably you've given them your name and address? You just need to weather the storm of the likely blizzard of PPC and/or debt collector letters over the next 12 - 18 months.

Freddy - what have Sussex Security or Ethical Parking Solutions anything to do with this? Please check out the IPC/BPA AOS list before dispensing 'advice'. It's not rocket science, but you are sending OPs up dead ends that could prove very costly to them. If you're going to advise them such, please guarantee them that you will underwrite any errors they make as a result of your inexperience here.

As I've said before, I admire your enthusiasm, but going around like a primate with a machine gun won't help anyone!

It pains me to say this, but he's right Sussex Security Solutions and Capital2Coast are the same beast. Both are run out of the same scummy cupboard sized office just off Western Road in Brighton. Originally owned by a scammer who lived in a council flat in Peacehaven they have now morphed into the ownership of Val St. John Campon - someone who stood for election as a Lib Dem. Which, as anyone with any football knowledge will know, rubs Brighton fans up the wrong way completely :mad:

you could point the fact that they have been removed from the BPA and IPC for being underhand and dishonest to YOUR LOCAL COUNSILLER and the council , if nothing else it will result in there termination quicker.

to be removed from the BPA is hard , but to be removed from the IPC ,,, is akin to murdering the (insert your faith leader)

There is nothing on my council's website - probably due to election and results, must be updating it..P.S I don't drink, so won't be buying special brew. I may live in a council flat but I am NOT scum. I am hoping to buy it someday, hence the panic if this all goes to court it won't look good on my credit file...

umm , the special brew was for the out of work owner of an ex parking company




if the chancer wants to take you to court , you have proof that the council cocked up , but he won,t chance it , because he will be laughed out of court .




ring your local council in the morning and ask the receptionist to put you thru to someone that can give you details of YOUR local counsellor
