What is the best way to make a personal injury claim? I ask this because I was contacted out of the blue by a company called Accident Advice Service about a car accident that my mother and I (I was the driver) was involved in 2 years ago. Your mother can only make a claim if she was injured, ie received medical treatment. I can't see any claim succeeding, or a legal firm taking the case on a "no win, no fee" basis, unless their are medical records to support it.
