nothing from bpa. Press, MP, Watchdog have shown no interest. I did put in the letter that my friend would buy a few shares in BL so she could turn up at their AGM to question the Board of Directors about their relationship with parasites.
But credit where it is due - the Chief Exec does not ignore his e-mails, unlike many others in these big firms.0 -
In the Beavis case, PE paid the Landowner £30,000 a year to farm their car park, and their Lordships took this into account. What sort of a financial arrangement did they have in this case? You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

Don't know what arrangement they have. From what BL told me, they brought PE in to stop all-day parkers (it was never really a problem as there were loads of old signs up but it was never enforced. The old signs just acted as deterrent in themselves).
I can only guess that PE are on site doing 'free management' but I would bet that BL are getting a slice.0 -

A very strongly worded reply went in to the Chief Exec of BL and we've now had an email back stating that if the case is lost at POPLA then BL will pay the charge.
Wonder how long it will be before PE are given the boot from that car park now they are starting to cost BL money.
Never give up the fight. One more to go.
Hints of Co-op/CEL anyone? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Forward that on to POPLA as evidence the principle wants the charge cancelled but is under the impression that they cannot.0
