This is a breakdown of the loan I paid through Blackhorse. The opening balance is made up of £4500 loan and £1458.33 ppi. There is no interest included in the opening balance. I have just spoken to Blackhorse to see how much rebate I got on the loan and the ppi. They advised that the loan rebate was £425.27 and the ppi rebate was £87.41 (Total £512.68). My question is, when reclaiming the ppi do include the interest for ppi added onto the loan at the beginning as it is not included in this statement? ie Am I asking for
    £1458.33 + £606.63 interest minus the £87.41 rebate or....
£1458.33 + any interest paid in the 4/5 months I had the loan minus the £87.41 rebate
    or something totally different!
Hope this is not too confusing. Any help would be very welcome.

Has anyone managed to speak to the FO over the telephone, I have left at least three mesages, emailed but I get no reply, unless of course the person dealing with my complaint is on holiday.
Claimed back almost £4000 so far from HSBC for mis-sold PPI
£2083.00 + £242.00 8% interest from FirstPlus and lower monthly premiums:D Studio Cards paid off my account and gave me £125.00 in gift vouchers. £500.00 Barclays.

Hi if you have been assigned a adjudecator for your case then you should has a direct line to them failing this phone up the normal helpline and point out that you have an adjudicator and the number doesn't seem to be working so can they put you through to one of his collegues. Please don't try and blag this as if it hasn't been passed to them then they are still awaiting your case notes or they are very busy. Usually the later.

I do have a direct line and that is the number I am ringing, I have contacted the other phone number and they say that my case has been assigned so I need to speak to them, I know they are busy, just I have been trying now for over week. It has been over a month since I had any contact from them so I just wanted an update. The number rings but then goes straight to voicemail everytime I call, surely she must be there some of the time and she must be getting my messages.
