The stuff we did mortgages on a couple of years ago at Oakgrove, Crest's site down there is selling for close to the price the newbuilds are being sold for now, so no newbuild premium loss in the early years and a profit being made on the original purchase price.
Rental yields seem healthy on the one and two bed flats and the above is providing some short-term capital growth perhaps unexpectedly on a newbuild.I am a mortgage broker. Great! will be going back down in the weekend to have another view of the property, looks like another flat has popped up in zoopla and is also up for sale in the same block.
This is a block of four flats/apartments and considering on both that is up for sale.
i hope to buy the free hold one day of the whole block if i do go ahead with the flats/purchase.

If it is a new build block initially sold by Taylor Wimpey, they normally sell off the freeholds before they are even occupied.0
