Please help; Should this account still show as a default?

I was told by Experian that it won't be marked as satisfied but will show a zero balance. I also think it should show as satisfied and not still defaulted. I believe Experian have fobbed me off.

Monthly status marker on Experian would remain an 8. That is just how the show them. The main details of the account should show a default that also says satisfied somewhere.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

It's the status that still shows default though. This can't be right.0

When satisfied it is a satisfied default. It is still a default though. That doesn't change.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

No I understand that but the status should say satisfied not default. Both equifax and call credit show satisfied.0

That could be wrong depending on what the rest says.
Really need a screenshot or scan (any personal details blanked). The format of the paper and online report you are looking at could be different to the last ones I checked, so need to see exactly how it appears to you to have an idea.
i.e don't want to send you off making a fuss complaining when it's actually correct under the current format. Or conversely, tell you it's OK if it may not be.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
